THIS IS NOT A SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE
By sending a text containing the word BED to the number 81025 you have deemed to have accepted & agreed to be bound by the following terms & conditions.You must be over the age of 18 to use our services & have permission from the bill payer. Kriss Knight Ltd. accepts no responsibility for;
I. lost, late or undelivered messages, notifications or communications
II. any technical, computer, online, telephone, cable, electronic, software, hardware, transmission, connection, Internet, website, or other access issue, failure, malfunction or difficulty , which might hinder the ability of an entrant to submit his/her entry
III. or for any event which may cause the campaign to be disrupted or corrupted. Proof of submission shall not be proof of receipt. Each text message is charged to the entrant as one of their standard network contractual rate text messages; this charge may vary dependant to the entrant's mobile contract and their network provider.
Text Services (UK)
Our text services for mobile phones is charged on a reverse billed SMS basis. The client pays their operators normal text charge to send a text to us and is charged at a Premium Rate to receive the return message. If a UK phone is being used outside the UK on a "roaming" basis addition costs to the operator’s standard text charge and the premium rate charges show below may apply.
These services are only available from phones operating on the following UK networks:
Orange / Vodafone / T-Mobile / 3 / Virgin / O2
N.B. Orange users are limited to a maximum £30 spend on text messages per short code per calendar day.
Text to 81025 ‘BED’ is charged at £0.25p per message received plus standard network charges.Barring of access
Kriss Knight Ltd. May at its discretion temporarily or permanently bar a users access to any or all of our services in any of the following circumstances;
I. User has misused our services in anyway
II. Is abusive to company employees or readers
III. Has committed an act of fraud against Kriss Knight Ltd. Or any of its associated companies
Complaints procedure
If you have a complaint about our service you may contact our customer service on 0161 736 2322 or in exceptional circumstances following an initial telephone complaint you may be asked to submit your claim in writing to; Kriss Knight Ltd 11 Riverview, Embankment Business Park, Vale Road Heaton Mersey SK4 3GN. It is our aim to investigate any complaint within 7 (seven) working days (Monday-Friday excluding UK Public Holidays)
We will not pass any personal data or recording on to any third party unless required to do so by an appropriate regulatory authority e.g. PhonePayPlus or REGTEL.
Legal Jurisdiction
These conditions shall be construed in accordance with English law and any legal action against the company must take place in English Court.
